During your Spa Pool search, you'll have no doubt visited costly stores with massive overheads reaching well over $100,000 per month in some New Zealand stores - and that's just to stay open! 

Due to our consciously reduced margins, we have just a few Terms & Conditions for you: 

1. Orders need to be placed and confirmed by stated cutoff date
2. Once order is in production, changes will be unable to be made
3. Once order is placed in production, payment is nonrefundable
4. Upon arrival in New Zealand, spa can be held for no longer than 4 weeks in storage.
5. After 4 weeks a daily charge of $8 per day will be charged for spas and $15 per day for swim spas.
6. Spas held for longer than 12 weeks will be resold; and a replacement spa will be allocated at a future date.
